You send 3 to 5 photos of your product, your listing link and who you sell to. We ask three short questions about your goal.

Match Check
Your product, checked before you see it.
We put each image next to your photo and check six things. What passes is ticked. What does not is written down.
- LogoThe No. 3 wordmark is the same.
- ColourAmber oil, black dropper, kraft carton: unchanged.
- Text“No. 3”, “FACE OIL” and “30 ml” read the same. The tiny print under the label is unreadable in both, so it was not checked.

If an image changes your product or misses its brief, we redo it free.
The brief and the check against your photos are written down, so "misses" has a clear meaning: wrong product details, a different style from your Frame Card, or a job the image does not do. We redo it at no charge.

What do I send you?
3 to 5 photos of your product, the link to your listing or shop, and who you sell to. We ask three short questions about what the set should do for you.
Will the AI change my product?
It can, which is why every image is checked against your own photos before you see it: logo, colour, text, count, shape and parts. If an image fails the check, we fix it or leave it out. And under The Match Guarantee, if an image you receive changes your product, we redo it free.
Who owns the images, and is AI used?
Yes, the images are made with AI. We give you broad usage rights in writing. Purely AI-made images may not be protected by copyright in some countries, so we do not promise exclusivity we cannot enforce. We also tell you which platform notes apply to AI images.
How much traffic do I need for a test?
Enough views for two versions to show a difference. If your shop is small, we tell you so in the test plan and say how long a fair read will take.
How long does it take?
A Test Set arrives within 5 business days of receiving your photos and the deposit. For a Launch Pack or the Monthly plan, the delivery date is in your quote before you pay.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Two rounds of changes are included. Each change touches one thing and leaves the rest of the picture as it was.
What files do I get?
JPEG files in sRGB colour, in three sizes: 2000 x 2000 px square for marketplaces such as Etsy, Shopify and Amazon, 1080 x 1350 px for Instagram and Facebook feeds, and 1000 x 1500 px for Pinterest. PNG on request.
How do I pay?
Send the form below. We reply with a payment request for a 50% deposit, and the rest on delivery. There is no checkout on this site.
